THURSDAY THEORY

Every Thursday we get together in the Shoreham Sailing Clubhouse. We all take a very hands on approach to every aspect of running the club.

Thursday Theory time is used for:

​

  • Reviewing the Sunday Sailing sessions

  • Learning the theory behind sailing

  • Working towards RYA qualifications

  • Maintaining our fleet of boats

  • The Knot of the Week

  • Organising events and activities

  • Swapping stories and mixing with friends

  • The occasional evening sail

It is important that everyone attends the Thursday Theory sessions to support the club's inclusive ethos and to learn the skills to needed to gain your qualifications.
